Notary Costs
My minimum fee is £120.00. My overall cost is dependent on several factors and I will endeavour to give you an early indication of the same if you are able to email me the document and any signing instructions from the recipient country to notarysouthwest@outlook.com and confirm the following:
- Which country is the document for?
- Do you need an apostille?
- How many copies of the document you require?
- The type of document
For more complex matters, I will charge on an hourly rate basis.
Disbursements
These are payments made on your behalf to a third party. They will be passed on to you directly and may include fees charged by consulates and the Foreign and Commonwealth Office.
I will not incur any disbursements without your prior consent, and I will always keep them to a minimum where possible. For example, I may suggest (subject to the approval of the lawyer in the receiving jurisdiction) that we bundle the documents together to save the cost of the apostille.
